"I recently moved to Maryland Heights and I've enjoyed exploring the area and trying the local food scene. I love Mediterranean food and when I find a place that stands out, I just have to spread the word. Jafra is a super cozy place with amazing food. The restaurant is operated by a wonderful family who make you feel you are sharing a meal with them every time you dine there. I love supporting my local community and the hard working people who live in the area. You can tell the owners are great people. I had the Chicken Shawarma plate and it was delicious! It was a huge portion of food which I was barely able to finish but I couldn't stop eating it was so good! I cannot wait to go back and try the other dishes. If you enjoy Mediterranean food, you must stop by this great little gem of a restaurant! You won't regret it!"

"Whether you are in the mood to relax with a large cup of coffee or one of the many beautiful Bourbons that they have behind the bar, this is a great place to be. The atmosphere is very relaxing with sofas and comfortable chairs, as well as many tables to enjoy one of their amazing dishes. Top notch service also. I can't wait to go back and try the Avacado toast!"

"This place has been an absolute nightmare lately. It was never a GREAT location, but it seems that either they can't keep the place staffed for the last 4-6 months or they've just given up entirely. They've managed to disable online ordering by breaking their supply counts so that you can't actually order anything. On Grubhub they've taken everything off their menu. Then, when you go in person to get food instead the whole store is shut down without anyone inside at 8PM (hours are until 9:30PM).The few times we have managed to get food from here, it's been dry and old. The rice is even worse and you get tons of awful chewy grains that are either dried out or undercooked.Honestly this location either needs to be shut down or put under new management because whatever is going on right now is not cutting it."
