The guy who works on the window in the morning is great. He's always in good mood and has fun with the people coming through the ride. The only reason I don't give 5 is cuz the closer have often closed completely 20-30 minutes earlier than advertised (at least 4 times that I left or more) back when their near time was 10 and I work nights so I have my coffee fix. What J S doesn't like about Dunkin':
The prices are much higher here than my local D&D. They charge $3.99 for a large iced tea that I order for $2.79 all the time. They also charged me 50 cents extra per drink for light ice, which I've never been charged anywhere before. Now we're at $4.49 for plain iced tea. No thanks.. View all feedback.
The customer service was fast and great. They got my order correct and was pleasant. I'd visit this location again. The is the most terribly run Dunkin I have ever been to. They mess up your order all the time, the guy at the window seems high, and it takes forever for them to bring out a coffee. It's a mess.
Young fella seemed to be a bit confused on how to make the signature white chocolate latte. It was definitely made wrong.. tasted like dark chocolate very dark lol.
