Jonathan is a great employee and was able to make my experience at this dunkin better than any other experience since I was sad the French cruller was discontinued, but he had a solid understanding of the menu and was able to cure my sadness with great new donut recommendations. View all feedback.

I went in through the drive thru and there was no line and I ordered 2 hash browns. I got my hash browns and when I got home to eat them, they were ice cold. As if they were taken out of the fridge and left to thaw. I don?t understand why this would happenconsidering there were no customers inside or in the drive thru, so they were clearly not busy.
