I went to Gourmet Deli House, and was extremely pleasantly surprised. I ordered the Rachel sandwich and this trio salad platter. Each scoop of the three salads was delicious, and fish was fresh and very tasty; I could tell that Rachel sandwich?s pastrami meat was homemade maybe even better than in New York as it was thinly sliced Florida style. Placed an order for pick up. Then had to wait an additional 20 minutes to get my food which was sitting in the counter. I paid got home and my pastrami sandwich with fries didn?t have fries. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese sandwich which had no bacon. I called to complain and got hung up on then when I finally got thru to them they told me mistakes happen. A mismanaged and clueless staff. View all feedback.
