this is a new location and I can't even complain if I wanted to. I went for a smoothie and eat and the service was so inviting so I asked her name so I could leave a review, her name was sara. I was informed that she was a new worker, but her energy made it seem like she was a timeless person and whatever she was, she could handle it like a profi. the sandwich was amazing and also eating. many thanks to tropical smoo... What User doesn't like about Tropical Smoothie Cafe:
Incompetent staff. Gave me my order and said the straw and everything is in the bag and sent me on my way. My last order had 2 shakes and a food in the same bag, so all seemed fine. I get home, and the food was missing. I call and they refuse to issue a credit or refund for the missing food. Filing a complaint with their corporate office and about to dispute the charge. "Had only a breakfast Burrito and it was amazing it came so hot I could hardly eat it. The orange juice tastes like it was freshly squeezed. I love coming here, people are always so nice. Edit so I come here somehow often so that this is not the first time so I thought I should say something, but the people on the food line somehow sucked an Italian panini that was good until I was in the wax paper that was in the sandwich.
