I popped in here before an appointment and received very friendly service. I did get a bit confused as part of my order was delivered at one end of the counter and then I had to go to the other end for the rest of my order. There was no explanation. Food was good. I had the steak and cheese pannini and it was served hot and quite tasty. Washroom was clean but there should be more of them as we had a long wait in line... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
Nothing out of the ordinary. Its a chain, you get what you get at the last timmies. they mess orders up, "dont have" what you want etc. Only timmies in Lakefield, its handy, and populated. Staff offered to bring my tea out when it was ready. Cleanliness is great! View all feedback.
Franchise owners steal tips from employees. Why do you even ask for tips? You should pay your staff a living wage and not depend on customers to pay your staff. Personal revenue in this place is amazing. I don't think someone is well treated by their employees, and now it has been confirmed that they steal the tips - an illegal practice. Don't go here.
