"So here 's the thing about this place. The food is absolutely the best mexican food around, but their service...or basic comprehension of a simple request....leaves a lot to be desired. Nachos, for example. You can 't get the standard nachos without lettuce. Read that twice. You can 't get them WITHOUT lettuce. You ask them No lettuce and they say we can 't do that . Not asking for a discount. Not asking for anything extra. Just asking you not to pile a mountain of lettuce on the nachos. Some people don 't like lettuce. So, in order to get nachos without lettice, you have to order the 'texas nachos...which they 'll let you fully customize....almost. You CAN get the texas nachos without lettuce. But if you walk in and order them to go...and ask them to put the chips in a separate bag so they don 't get soggy on the trip home, nope! Can 't do that. Again Not asking for a discount. Not asking for anything extra. Just a simple accommodation for a to-go order...and both of the requests just mentioned actually make it EASIER on the employee? You 're sitting less than 100 yards off of the south gate of an AIR FORCE BASE. The diversity of clientel coming from that base has to be wider than any place in town. As such, you must understand that someone might not like 1/2 pound of lettuce, overloaded jalepenos, or soggy chips. How difficult is that? We love the food. But I 'm not certain we 'll be back just on the uncooperative nature of the staff. Ridiculous! They haven 't always been this way."
