Pizza Hut - Lakeland

Never on time with delivery...pizza always cold.... I only order for the rewards points worst service ever?

Ordnete wings, chicken parmesan pasta and a pizza. The pizza should have buffalo sauce on it instead of marinara sauce, which my friend cannot eat and I don't eat pizza, so it was a complete waste of food and my pasta was burned along the sides, up and down. The only frissable part was practically the middle, which is basically nothing. I tried 4 times not even 10 minutes before the start of this evaluation, but no response only forwarded to one machine. Very unsatisfactory experience. I can't even go personally because I don't even live in this area, it was a stop on my way home.

You messed up my order and you just want to give me $2. How really... you screw up my order and you can't even fix it or replace it. Forget that. I won't order pizza hat anymore.

Black Long hair cooked on the crest. I called and the manager said they cant do anything about it but will contact the people that make the crest that ships it to them frozen. That's not their problem either. Very nasty and will never order from pizza hut again

My favorite food is served here quickly. I always go for the personal pan pizza, which is only about $6.00 with sausage, pepperoni and green peppers. The portion size corresponds to your traditional jumbo wedge-shaped pizza slice. The personal Pan pizza is always hot and steamy every time and they always had it in 15 minutes, every time I call.
