Wendy's - Lakeland

I'm here three times the week. at this visit the manager took my order. I understand he was back after a long past his first day. he didn't make me great or say hello. he was a fool and short with me. he didn't know how to use the cash register and had to call someone to help. as I stared, I am here 3 times the week and the personal knows how to (chuck). but the manager must learn from his personal how to be a human. so is the business before lowes in lakeland

Mrs. alice is amazing! best customer service of all time. I'm disappointed when I hear the voice of the conductors and they don't. this shows the effects she has on our experiences with this wendy’s.

Probably the 2nd best fast food hamburger on the east side of the united states. very consistent know about the job. love wendy’s

Former employee of three years. I don't how it is managed now, but it was certainly in need of improvement then. Service quality is subpar, orders are often wrong and the wait can be intolerably long. I would seek your burger fix elsewhere. Joe is a good manager though
