Hands down, this is my favorite caribou to go. The staff is always friendly and the atmosphere is great. I work over the street and go on my breaks and they always get my drink fast! The reason for my low score was purely out of the experience we had with the barista on 9/23@about 4:15pm. The young guy that was cashiering name was Jack and he was very sweet and went out of his way for us. The barista was a totally different story.
