Wife and i went for dinner, the service was great, kiefer took care of us, made some great suggestions, i had bang bang shrimp tacos, which were amazing, and my wife loved her chicken with artichoke and goat cheese. All around great experience, recommend to all! View all feedback.
What bmaze123 doesn't like about Bonefish Grill Lakewood:
This was our first time dining at Bonefish Grill and we were very excited as we hadn't had good seafood in a while. To say we were highly disappointed would be an understatement. The fish in my husband's fish and chips was supposed to be cod, but it was chewy and seemed overcooked with the skin still on. The shrimp in my bang bang shrimp tacos was rubbery and dry, tasting like burnt popcorn. Even our son's hamburger... View all feedback.
I've been to Bonefish Grills all over the country, but I really like this one in Lakewood Colorado. On our way to Steamboat Springs last year we stopped here for dinner and I had a craft cocktail called a Winter White Cosmo. Holy Moly, what a drink! It was so good I ordered a second. I frantically tried to get the secret recipe online and after seeing many patrons trying to guess at it, a bartender from Bonefish Grill spilled out the recipe in a discussion forum. Hope he didn't breach a non-disclosure agreement. Anyway went back this year, had the cosmo twice , a tuna sashimi appetizer, the Cod Imperial dinner and a delicious braised Brussel sprouts. The service is superb. A glass of wine was a little late coming to the table and the manager took it off the bill as one of my precious cosmo's. At 6pm the restaurant was full. That says everything.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank our server, Darcey, who we have had several times recently. She is very friendly and extremely efficient and just a pleasure! She is a credit to your business and fabulous ambassador for Bonefish Grill Lakewood! Thank you!
I had the trout with asparagus and broccoli. It was well done with the asparagus being the star of the dish. The service was efficient and friendly. The decor was much like I had seen in other places of this chain.
Dropped in for a bite last available seat was at the bar. Typical Bonefish (chain restaurant menu , which has something for every taste or desire. What shined is the Bar Service. JoJo and the rest of the bar staff (sorry, forgot your names! , are quick to serve, accommodating to your specific drink order and notice the minute your drink is near the bottom.

The fish in my husband's fish and chips was supposed to be cod, but it was chewy and seemed overcooked with the skin still on. The shrimp in my bang bang shrimp tacos was rubbery and dry, tasting like burnt popcorn. Even our son's hamburger tasted strange. Overall, it was a bad experience and we don't think we will be returning. Save your money and go to Long John Silver's instead.
