Food is always great. When eating, the process order and payment at the counter is first, then select where you sit. It's cozy, but many tables. The aroz con pollo is amazing and the salsa they serve is the hands down the compliments to supplement their food. Also love that they have a lot of options. View all feedback.

What customer service? They accused me of two orders from Tortilla, so they'd take out old ones from yesterday. The manager didn't want to come out and said she didn't have time. I asked for a refund or an exchange for something else and said no. View all feedback.
