the kerl at the switch obviously had no interest in customer service, rude and abrupt. I didn't go too much hero in a very long time and now I remember why. I wanted a cold sandwich, they cook it, I was really excited about the waffelfries, but they lubricated as if they were made in old fat the day before. the only smile I came out of him was when I put a tip in the glass and now I'm sorry.
