What User doesn't like about Pho Mignon:
Arrived at 10:30am to get a few groceries in the same vicinity (Viet Hoa) only to be skimped for breakfast. The bowl was small the price was large. Paid $12+ for a small bowl of filet mignon pho. The broth was sweet and the bowl was skimpy. I do not knowhow this restaurant is still operating given they are blindly robbing you.
