"Pros : 1. Nice ambience 2. Polite staff 3. Location is top notch Cons : 1. Food took too long to be served 2. French fries were very dry, so was the bread of cheese chicken sandwich. Chicken was very fibrous, not soft at all. Over all food quality was average."

"Last month, when we visited Kodaikanal, we had our dinner at Muncheez once. And here comes my review: What We Ordered: Peri Peri Fries Garlic cheese toast Veg Burger (Loved it) Chicken Pizza Margarita Pizza Staff Behavior: They were attentive and quick and catered to what we needed and how we needed it. Wait time was literally zero! Food, Taste Pricing: The food was freshly made and hot-served. This cafe costs just as much as any standard cafe serving Italian cuisine usually charges. A few items I did find overpriced (the sweet delicacies, to be specific). But, given the taste of what we ordered, the pocket pinch didn't hurt at all! What was missing? Given the shadowy, artistic and cosy ambience of this place, it lacked music. Had there been a song or music of some kind playing in the background, the rainy evening at Kodaikanal's Muncheez would have been a perfect memory! Do I suggest this place? Yes, absolutely! The same morning we had our Brunch at Aby's Cafe and ordered similar items. Muncheez's food quality and taste were way way better than Aby's. A must-try for those seeking some tasty, yummy burgers, thin-crust pizzas and hot fries!"
