This is not for the faint hearted foodie. The restaurant uses the macrobiotic method of cooking so portions are smaller and lots of grains, beans, fish is used no butter, sugar, white flour and processed food. I ate there 7 straight days as a guest at SHA and totally enjoyed the food. This looks like it would be an amazing place to eat with great views. It’s really catered to guests staying at the spa and it’s really not open 11am to 11 pm. We showed up at 7pm and were told they were closed and if you are not a guest you need to make a reservation the day before. Dinner options are either at 730 or 9pm.
