I'm pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. I wanted a few Springfield style Cashew Chicken before returning to KC (by Joplin) and decided in this place it is right from I-49. We arrived shortly after the opening so that the freshness of the buffet was on site. While the cashew sauce left something to wish, it was better with every bite and the right amount of cashews.
