Came to this place as I have a friend that works there, so I said I would check it out. It all looked great, especially that last piece of salmon with what looked like pesto on top. A woman in front of me places her order, takes the LAST piece of salmon. I believe they have multiple locations for Balance, but I am writing a review for their Waterloo location. I’m giving this place two stars because of the dry cakes and terrible service. The waiter that took our order was flat out rude. Amazing coffee, amazing juices and what better than having Ali serve it up : I strongly recommend taking a visit, especially for the coffee!
