This part of NB has lots of great low brow seafood but I was looking for something a little fancier. Le Kabernet did not disappoint. They have the best wine and scotch list I've ever seen outside of a large city. Their menu is extensive (and only in French). I ordered a daily special, porc sauvage, aka wild boar. I would not recommend dining at this restaurant. The food is excellent, but the service is terrible. We waited 30 minutes to receive our order and then waited 1 hour and 40 minutes for our main course. No one asked us if we wanted any drinks or checked on us during our wait.
