Taco Bell - Lamesa

Staff would not take an order they want people to order on there own, I watch another family walk out.When I got my food they didn't include the cup like it was given to me when I ordered.

I think taco Bell is so nasty to eat from. The drinks are always watered down and when I went a few days ago through the drive thru I found a bug on the inside of the lid to my cup that I was almost about to drink. I think that is so disgusting. I called to make a complaint about it and I told the manager Alex that I wanted my money back. She apologized and she said that when the drive thru window was opened the bug might have gotten in and got on the lid. She didn't ask me if I wanted a credit for another drink or if I wanted a refund on the drink. I was the one who told her that I wanted a refund on the drink because I was not gonna want another drink after what I found on my lid to my cup. She should of been the one to offer me a credit being the right thing to do. I won't go back and eat there after this I'm not gonna be risking it anymore and the food is not good either. Thank you!.

Alex and her team did a great job with great customer service. I will definitely be coming back.

I recently visited this Taco Bell and was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and orderliness of the place. The hot sauce packets were neatly arranged, not stuck together like in other locations. The bathroom was exceptionally clean, and it was evident that the employees cared about both their customers and the store. Kudos to the staff for maintaining such a well-kept Taco Bell! Thank you for a positive experience.

Wow! What a terrific Taco Bell! My order with special requests was made exactly to order, with both speed and generous portioning. The staff were friendly and attentive. I recommend the bean burrito get it without cheese for a vegan treat!
