"I've been in Lampedusa at the beginning of March when most of restaurants/pizzerie are still closed. However I had the opportunity to try a few places for pizza. Papa Doc offers the best pizza: locally produced ingredients, slow raised pizza dough, great choice of toppings. Pizza is mainly for take away but it is possible to eat in as tables indoor and outdoor are available for customers. Drinks, including beers, are also available."

"The staff were excellent and food timings were perfect. The first and second course were cooked to perfection. However, did not particularly like the antipasti, there was a lot of quantity but not so much quality. Antipasti were very oily/fatty and filling. Recommendation Limit the antipasti and enjoy the actual dinner"
