Aeromatic seasoned rotisserie chicken that is crispy outside and tender inside. They used to have 1/2 and whole chicken but now its by pieces only. Still delicious. The sweet churro desert tops the meal off perfectly. Great for families. Plenty of parking in the plaza that can accommodate large vans and SUVs. No outdoor seating. Plenty of tables indoor. What Vivianne Beatty doesn't like about El Pollo Loco:
This was my first visit to an El Pollo Loco. I've heard good things about the food here but I was disappointed. I ordered the Double Chicken Avocado Bowl and it was very liquidy bean juice from a can I would think) the chicken was very hard and burnt, and there wasn't even a quarter of an avocado on it. My soda was also flat. : View all feedback.
Cashier decided to give a me a senior discount a few years before my time...but hey! A dollar off helps..not complaining. Chips and guac are yummy

El Homie productions back at it again. It's not how many times you fall down little crazy chicken, it's how many Loco times you had to get back up Pollo.
The customer service I experienced today was great!!! I orededed a very popular item from the menu, but honestly forget the name. I ordered the wrong article. The ladies (Crystal Gaylin) were so nice and took my order and fixed it directly on site. These women have been properly trained.. I appreciate the time they helped me!!!!!! Thanks again!
I loved everything about El Pollo Loco. This place has some very sweet and friendly cash registers that work the cash registers and if they make a mistake, they immediately correct it. I was handed over my pull-out bag and just like I went out of the door. The cashier came immediately after a page that was not placed in my pocket. She apologized and I have a lot of respect for it. I could have gone all the way home and then realized, but she came out to give me my missing side. Good food and great customer service. And BTW this mistake just happened once! And that was about 6 months ago as this posting!
