Food was great, but service was severely lacking. They didn't seem to have enough servers or help for the amount of business they had on Father's Day. We ordered several rolls and everything was fresh and very tasty. Fix the the service piece and this sushi place would be 5 stars. View all feedback.
What Peggy Wu doesn't like about Red Salmon Japanese:
The fish is not fresh at all (you may get better quality from Big Tuna lol). Tuna sushi and lemon roll are all poorly made Takoyaki is pretty oily. Chicken udon is pretty nice, both the soup and udon noodle are good for the price but I probably won't order it again because the quality of the chicken is low. The employees were friendly but didn’t stop by very much to refill drinks. The food was excellent however some items were burnt across several different dinner boxes.
This place never disappoints. $45 out the door for 3 specialty rolls is a good deal to me. Will definitely come here again.
We try all other local Japanese restaurants but keep coming back to Red Salmon, they have the most attentive and friendly staff, and the food is fabulous.

Second time going to this place and it’s worth going because they are consistent and close to home. Kid-friendliness: This places is for seafood lovers only! My niece and husband loved this places.
