The chicken was hard, the service waited 35 mins. The order was wrong. Then they turned out and charged us extra. The girl late 30’s a super nasty attitude. Paid $80 then someone stold are rims while waiting for food. View all feedback.

Got the sassy crunch and some fries, lovely people and amazing service only thing that takes from the 5 stars was the music was a bit loud so trying to communicate with the server was a bit hard but besides that 100% best chicken place I have

Honestly one of the places I love going to. I recommend Sassy bird to everyone that I know. Best customer service best awesome food. When I walk in I feel welcome and they are so helpful. The team members always have the best energy and I never had a rude attitude from anyone there. Best place to eat at the Lancaster Blvd. thank you Sassy bird!
The food was really good, first time having it definitely coming back.Parking: not too far and very accessible.
