Where do I begin when writing a review for this fine establishment? I have been a regular customer of the Crafty Scholar for the last three years (excluding a summer hiatus). Many of my fondest memories were made in this establishment, ranging from being sold lollipops by Jerry and Mike serving me some cracking drinks. I ordered our drinks through the app. After 15 minutes of waiting I approached the bar to be told by a very rude barman that the printer wasn't working. I offered proof of the order on my phone but was rudely dismissed by him saying he couldn't read it. Perhaps a little more manners would be nice. Some staff training most definitely.
