Our café is open daily from 7am on weekdays and from 9am on weekends, serving a variety of delicious food, snacks, shakes, smoothies, coffees, supplements, prepared meals, and more. Our passionate and knowledgeable staff create a friendly and welcoming environment for all, whether you're a member of the health club or a first-time visitor.
