I came here with my male companion we had never been before despite living on the university campus. It was quite quiet when we arrived although it did start to get busier as time went on. "Not ok any day let alone easter sunday roast beef small 3 slices makin 1 decent slice. Just warm left hard chewy roasts ? "Great traditional pub. We visited with friends after the Christmas lights switch on. Very busy but managed to find a table. Despite it being busy food served pretty quick. I had gammon eggs spot on, good portion freshly cooked with great veg on the side. Service efficient friendly. Rest of our group all commented on the quality of the food."
