"Beautiful bar with a large covered beer garden, the Barman was a friendly guy who was more than happy to help, we had something to eat there and the portions where a good size and very tasty. The only drawback was the publishing girl who played songs on the Jukebox about the cursed love and grew her first pubic hair lol, but that's not the pubs' fault :"

"So great to be able to pop out and use the facilities (clean) and pop in for some junk food. Didn't have time to order anything that would take any time. Souvenirs of the area are available as well as sand boards for hire if...one wants to go down the road to the dunes."

"This business is for sale and it should come as no surprise as the food was very poor and very basic but charged at premium prices. They advertised pork and beef rolls, and what they are only very basic supermarket hotdog rolls with a tiny...bit of meat and even less gravy in them. The hamburger and tuna sandwich were also made with very little love. The place is also not air conditioned so the people were sweating, also not very attractive. I very much advise to stay well clear, as all of us thought this was well below par by a mile."

"After a long day of work with little food i was in need of nurishment. Staying at The Lancelin Beach Hotel it was certain from the start i would have dinner at Dunes Restaurant. I navigated to the bar where i ordered a apple cider while i deconstructed the menu. It was a hard decision to make because the hunger answered 'everything!'... i made my final decision on the barramundi.With a few tables already seated and ordered my dinner came within 10 minutes of ordering.It was pleasantly presented. I would usually take a photo but i was too hungry.The barramundi was cooked perfectly!, i find fish is often underestimated and either not cooked enough or over cooked.Tge sweet potato shavings was a pleasant suprise. I love my sweet potato and you see it on menus alot these days, but not many places know what to do with it.The medely of pine nuts and vegetables underneath was devine.Very happy and will eat there again tonight."
