Indeed, no whole butter or sugar, but redesigned, original, creative pancakes. And all this with exceptional ciders! The amuse-bouche is delicious, the perfect crêpe of salt. Little dish, the dessert pan was a little heavier than I thought. Maybe a little less mango cream would have cleared that. Attention also at the price, it remains a little expensive, but as I said, quality has a price."
