"The service was awful and the food was just ok. literally had to stop at wawa after because i was still hungry after waiting over an hour for my rolls. We were one of three tables in there with plenty of staff. My friends didn't get the drinks they ordered. I live and work in vegas where the food and service are always on point. This place gets 1 star just because the food was edible. no excuse for the service quality tonight."

"This place has AMAZING FOOD AND AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The employees are always so friendly and cheerful. The reason for the 1 star is because of the way that the employees are treated. In the winter there is no heat and they have to cook with winter jackets on to keep warm. A small space heater is not an adequate source of heat when the front door is opening and closing because this place have so much volume and is always packed. Now that it is summer there isn't any air conditioning for them. They are given a fan now so now it is a convection bake oven in there for the employees. It is unhealthy and unsafe. The front door propped open is there only opportunity for air flow. The workers come to work everyday seems like they never call out they are always working so hard and hustling. Maybe the tip money that the owner takes from them could pay for the electric bill if he ever decides to get the HVAC system fixed. Just saying..."

"If these 5 stars had an employee, and her boyfriend didn't threaten to ask me if there was a collapsed bullet alive. Good bar, great vibes, but some employees have no professionalism. It is not fair to antagonize customers for simple questions. Really disappointing this time."

"If you love seafood jae is your place all ways have whatever you want to go or you can get it cook there if you call in it will be done before you pull up. I loved the crabs and seafood platter that I ordered. "6pm on a Friday. Two large cheesesteaks and a bag of chips cost nearly $40 now? Perhaps a fall from grace? Capriotti's used to be great, but this was subpar. I rarely write reviews, but this was so bad I felt compelled to jump on here. Their sandwiches used to be full and generous. But this time around we were literally able to close the bun, edge to edge, and enclose the skimpy portions of the sandwhich inside. This means, opening the roll, the meat clings to one side, perhaps maybe a teaspoon, no more than a tablespoon or so, in thickness. The bread was rubbery. The steak was dry. The flavor was bland. Honestly, this tasted like a P.O.S. cheesesteak you'd get premade in the frozen section of Acme, where you convert the box into a microwavable heating tray and hope for the best. For this cost, I am very disappointed in a place with such a (formerly) good reputation. In the photos below you'll see one with the sandwich open and the meat to one side. Back in the day, the large cheesesteak used to have its contents touch edge to edge. Now it's basically more bread than content. What a joke! Would be nice if they made good on this somehow."

"I 've been going inside for a couple months (about once a week at lunchtime) for approx $20 orders various items and various coupons. Sometimes 'hold the ... ' on some items within the order. Always courteous and professional regardless of who is on duty. The order is always accurate. The wraps are stuffed and all veggies are deliciously fresh. The roast beef is spot on, too, as with any Arby 's. Their food tastes like real food that you would serve the one 's you love rather than 'fast food '. Now they even have plexiglass around the cashiers."

"This food was so bad . My food had a bad smell to it and it wasn't cooked all the was . I called them to tell them about it and they hung up the phone on me so I called them off another phone number and they yelled at me . So plz ppl don't eat here bc the food is nasty and not cooked all the way and had a bad fishy smell to it an they wouldn't even fix my food ..The health department needs to get involved over this place"
