"An establishment that probably has nothing to prove because everything was perfect. The crêpe in the scallops of suggestion and langoustin cream was bitter. Associations that are not found everywhere because we note true reflection and creativity in the menu. For the dessert pan, I was pleasantly surprised by the cider ball that was well with stirring apples and salted caramel butter! The use of local products to be noted as cider beers and the good number of ingredients in crêpes are local or regional.
