"I had a visit to the restaurant for the good reviews. There was a small greeting from the kitchen. This consisted of lens loading and 3 different dips. The dips were a dream. One was pretty fruity, the other was currysharf, the third with mint. All three sauces were very well tasted. As a main dish I had ordered the Thali plate with 2 x meat 1x chicken, 1x beef) with vegetables, salad, yogurt. The food was beautifully dressed and was served visually appealing. There was rice. This was refined with grated carrots and very tasty. The chicken curry was as expected pleasantly sharp and juicy. Beef was also cooked to the point. You could easily split it with the fork without knives. The yogurt sauce was pleasantly mild. The vegetables were also tasted fine. The vanilla ice cream ordered as dessert was beautifully decorated with mango discs around the plate. Included: A completely successful evening with good food in a pleasant ambience. I can recommend the place without restriction."

"We had a business lunch at the forestry. Sandau has a nice and varied menu, there is something for every taste. The atmosphere in the restaurant is cozy and rustic. It is discreetly and beautifully decorated for Christmas. We felt very comfortable. Next to the restaurant there is a shooting range, so there is also a lot of club activity. The staff is very friendly and the service is good. We were all very satisfied with the taste. Fish, beef, salad and various side dishes gave us a good impression of the quality. Everything was beautifully presented and appropriate in quantity. The toilets are very clean and there are enough parking spaces. Sandau is located approx. 2 km outside of the Mutterturm in Landsberg am Lech and is easy to reach. We can recommend Waldwirtschaft and wish the motivated team continued success. We will definitely come back to Sandau. "We were lucky to get a table right away because it was very busy. I had spatetzle with salmon and spinach and my husband had Drieirlei, which included roast port, spatezle with cheese and dumplings with onions. Both meals were great. Service was not spectacular...but the food made up for it. Credit cards are not accepted....cash only."
