We were in the Harz Stuben a few days ago and have eaten asparagus with scavengers. The service was very friendly, attentive and fast. But we were less satisfied with the food. The carvings were very delicious, but the asparagus had as good as no taste and was too strong. The Sauce Hollandaise and the roast potatoes were, according to our impression, convenience products.
