Die Brasserie Quelle besuche ich eingentlich nur während der Fasnacht, analässlich des Schnitzelbankrundkurses am Sonntag Abend. Dann ist das lokal o.k. Leider gefällt mir sonst die einrichtung nicht und durch die offenen Küche und die wohl etwas schwach ausgelegte Luftabsaugung, riecht es immer etwas unangenehm nach Fett. read more.
