We contact their website before the trip and were able to book a tour thru a local tour guide. The tour starts after the days production around 11 am. Everything was cleaned. They provided the proper paper covering to avoid contamination. All the steps were explained and at the end in the restaurant on top of the factory we had a tasting. Best Prosciutto yet.
