Contribute FeedbackRed Lobster has received a mix of reviews regarding their service, food, and use of Open Table for reservations. While some diners were disappointed with long waits and lack of Open Table reservations, others found the service and food to be excellent. The ambiance was criticized for being cold and dreary, but the overall experience was pleasant for many, with some even receiving complimentary items from servers to make up for any issues. Despite some inconsistencies, many diners enjoyed the food and service at Red Lobster and expressed intentions to return.

Awful dinner lol tased old no flavor. Stay away from this place. Service was ok but the meal was awful.
Seated immediately, had a wonderful server. The food was delicious and nice portions. Will definitely go again.
Restaurant needs upgrading… ceiling and carpet especially. Also, sun and glare was overwhelming coming in front of restaurant windows. Mike was an excellent server.
The waitress was nice and accommodating. The food was adequate but my dining partner basically left on the plate. There was a very loud table near us which eventually got annoying. Just wasn’t as good as it usually is. I’m not sure why RL still isn’t serving garden salads as all the other restaurants are.
