manager had a personal call on her handy when I came to order. they put their phone on the counter to take the payment and then continue chatting for a full 3 minutes before they hanged up and called someone from the back to prepare my order. a little withdrawn from the level of unprofessionality. "This was my second time visiting a Kokoro Mazesoba location (first time was the downtown location) and this visit did not disappoint!
