"Traditional restaurant of chef place of canton that gives a good idea of the quality of old. It's simple but very good, it's homemade which sometimes involves a little waiting, it's family. Bosses are encouraged to continue to make this type of institution live by retaining quality some find the charcuterie less remarkable than before: I did not try but it would be really bad if it were true!
