Quite literally the WORST drive thru in Lansing. Rude, know it all drive thru employees who are never wrong, and scream over top of you when you're trying to talk to them. Arbys should do more burgers. The wagyu burger is incredible.

Everything was good, but my diet coke was almost completely ice. Like actually filled from top to bottom with ice. I think Ill get no ice from now on if I can.
