"Arrived to pick up our order on Friday and they did not have it ready. The man was very rude and claimed we never even placed the order. After a couple of minutes he actually found our order but instead of putting it down for Friday they put it down for Tuesday. Prior to that we had to even prove on our phone that we actually did call Highway bakery because he just would not believe us. So they wrote down the wrong date but refused to admit that they did. He said he would support his employee rather than the customer and said that we were not telling the truth. I am totally done with Highway bakery. We left there and went down to Pearson's who were wonderful and gave us just what we want it"

"I STUMBLED ACROSS THIS PLACE LOOKING FOR SLICES OF PIZZA AND THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY BUT UPON ENTRY I SAW AND SMELLED SOME AMAZING PIZZAS AND KNEW ONE DAY I WOULD BE BACK TO TRY THEM OUT. IT TOOK SOME TIME FOR ME TO CATCH THEM OPEN DUE TO THE FACT THAT THEY ONLY OPEN AFTER 4PM BUT I FINALLY GOT THE CHANCE TO TRY IT AND IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT. THEY HAVE ONE OF THE BEST THIN CRUST PIZZAS I'VE HAD AND I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND YOU TRY THEM IF YOU'RE IN THE AREA OR JUST CURIOUS. THEY HAVE A COUPLE OF OTHER PIZZA PLACES JUST DOWN THE STREET FROM THEM BUT I PROMISE YOU THAT YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED IF YOU LIKE A CRISPY THIN CRUST PIZZA. THANKS TO THE STAFF AND THE FRIENDLY LADIES THAT ASSISTED ME. YOU GOT THE ORDER JUST RIGHT AND IT WAS READY IN EXACTLY 25 MINUTES LIKE YOU SAID. I LOOK FORWARD TO NEXT TIME AND COLLECTING 12 OF THOSE CARDS TO GET MY FREE PIZZA."

"New owners bought this business recently and still have the same name and same food menu but are not honoring gift cards bought under the same name from the old owners. This is NOT good customer service on their part. When they rebrand their establishnent, I or my family surely will not give our hard earned money to these owners that don 't care about us!!"
