Red Lobster Lansing

Had been years since my wife and I last went to Red Lobster. It was a wonderful experience. From the moment we walked in the door until we left everyone was absolutely attentive and delightful. The service was wonderful and food was just as good. We will definitely return again sooner than years

Upon arrival, I asked Shaun, our server, for a gift card before we ordered our food and that I wanted to use it against our dinners. At the end of the meal, after giving him my Visa card to buy the gift card and then the meal, he charges only the meal and then tells me he has to get the gift card from the bar as a separate transaction. So I didn’t even get to use the gift card and dropped well over on this visit. I don’t even want to dine at this restaurant again after the disorganized and dysfunctional service I received where the server didn’t do what I wanted. I even had to ask him where my bonus card was because he forgot about it. By the time I realized the would not be applied unless I asked for a Visa credit, I was already late to go to a concert, so I just left. The whole purpose of getting the gift card was lost on this server even though he acknowledged his understanding of what I wanted when we first arrived

Eating was good, but much too expensive. $170.00 for two adults and a ten years old? the table leaf tipped so that I left it down and the predatory was packed with old food and crumbs. large. no child menu was brought after the demand for one.
