I can’t rave about this place enough. Shay the Barista is INCREDIBLE, she needs a raise. I’ve always felt so welcomed with her kindness. She always goes above and BEYOND. I will always go out of my way to go to this specific location because of the service she provides. View all feedback.
What William doesn't like about Starbucks:
The baristas play loud and annoying music that is not study-friendly. They bang dishes around, laugh, and talk very loud. Too bad this is the only coffee shop in Lansing that’s open till 10pm. View all feedback.
Hit or miss. Sometimes the drinks are good, other times they are watered down or bitter.
I have always had great interactions with all staff members. Very clean as well.
