We took a great cooking class with a local cook. The class started with an interesting visit to the market where we get information about local products and customs. We then went back to the restaurant and worked together with instructions from the chef Preparation 4-5 local dishes. The class ended with a meal consisting of what we made and some local wines. great service cozy atmosphere and local decoration food is very nice but the portion is too little compared to the other restaurants in sapa (at the same price) my choice of the starter is Dzay sticky rice with honey and ginger. Not sure if it is local, but worth trying. it’s a black sticky rice and green bean? cooked/steamed in the banana leaf with honey-ginger. fried spring roll is just okay fried chicken is nice,... Really nice restaurant near the center of sapa. It is somewhat more expensive than others, but affordable. All we eat was delicious and made with products of the area, so it is a really good place to eat local food in a beautiful place. For the drinks they have a really good selection of wines and a tasting or local fleets (ric wine and corn wine). I recommend it 100%!!
Here with some friends we all loved. The herbal spring rolls, slowly boiled pig, stir fried pumpkin and chicken soup. The hot chocolate here is probably the best in Sapa. The ambience is beautiful and intimate. The staff was friendly and the owner/manager made his rounds to make sure everyone was satisfied. Very recommended.
Delicious food served in very beautiful wise (sharing style). beautiful room, good modern, but warm and with beautiful view. but higher prices than in the standard Vietnamese restaurant, but reasonable. fully recommend vegetarian options.
Good atmosphere, Good food. Reasonable price. You can enjoy beer from Pasteur Street Brewery Hanoi. We tried local rice&corn wine full tasting set. Don’t expect the smoothness of sake. They are very strong! Poor heating. It was a bit cold.
