What Nick Mastrogiovanni doesn't like about Party Express:
Apparently there's an almost 4 percent charge if you use a card over the phone. I was NOT informed of this at the time of calling. The delivery driver was very nice and allowed me to call to question why my bill was more than what I was told over the phone. The manager was quite rude about the whole ordeal.
