"This small town gem has some delicious offerings! We came to the area for the day and stopped here for lunch. We had the crawfish boil, fried shrimp, the lunch special which was fried catfish with jambalaya and white beans. We also had the pecan pie and a mint julep, it was ALL delicious! If you're in the area, don't hesitate to stop by for some authentic local and delicious home style cooking!"

"The stuffed avocado is delicious. I could have just had 2 (or 3) of those and nothing else. I did also have the lunch special of 3 sushi rolls for $12.50 (2 for $9.50). These are your more basic rolls (expected at that price), but were very good. The shrimp tempura was my favorite of the three. I've only been the one time, don't live in Laplace, but recommend. Waitstaff was friendly and accomodating."

"I had just made the zip line close and was thirsty, hangry and my blood sugar felt like hitting it down. I have seen on the google maps that this was close and came over. it is increased because it is directly at the sea, but there is a ramp up. bar to the right, restaurant to the left. I went to the restaurant. I sat right away and after I was asked, my water and coks were brought right over. everything is clean and clean inside and it was about 75 filled with customers. I ordered the crab cake with fries and vegetables. perfection. that's all wonderful. the waiter stopped regularly to make sure everything was in order. After I finished, I ordered the vanilla bean with caramel. it was perfection. all that was cheap. great food, good service. I'll be back when I'm back in the opposite."
