What User likes about Empire Express:
This was my first time ordering delivery from this place. Their Google reviews aren't wonderful, so I was a bit skeptical. To my surprise, the food was great, fresh, hot, and packaged well. What User doesn't like about Empire Express:
First order I was happy with the amount of chicken in my General Taos Chicken. Second order was a different experience. I ordered Cashew Chicken and the amount of chicken and cashews was disappointing. The picture is deceiving as all the chicken and cashews were on top of the rest of the veggies.
