Chipotle Mexican Grill - Laredo

Wow, this experience is incredible! The staff is so efficient and polite. Every order I've placed has been ready for me and delicious. Plus, I have to mention the beautiful women working here. And I absolutely love the pink hydro bottle!

I give this place a solid 5 stars, primarily because it was extremely clean. The service was prompt, and the selection for online ordering was quite impressive. Some signage would be helpful to avoid waiting in line next time, but it’s not a huge issue. I’m not usually a fan of Chipotle, which operated a location for my sister, but my experience here was quite positive when I visited. I plan to return in the future for more food testing.

I’ve always loved Chipotle and have typically experienced great customer service. However, after moving back to Laredo, I was quite disappointed with the service here. The staff seemed to be teenagers with poor attitudes. I decided to hold my tongue in the moment and still enjoyed my delicious Chipotle bowl.
