This place used to be great....still is when you go and eat there but there to go orders are always horrible. I 've gotten salsa that 's expired, aguagate that...

Stopped for breakfast on our way from Laredo to the valley. Dine in room was nice and clean. We were welcomed in promptly and friendly. Our waittress was friend...

"We hadn't been there in over a year. We ordered the parrillada for 3 and the parrillada was loaded. We also had the bacon wrapped jalapeños stuffed with cream cheese. They were not as spicy as we thought they would be. Took home a lot of meat from our parrillada. Service was very good. Will definitely be back!"

"This place made me nostalgic for sure. My mom is a Veracruzana and as I remembered what would have been her 80th birthday my hubby and I stumbled on this place. All I can say is 100% authentic, it felt like my mom was in the kitchen cooking my food. Friendly staff, food is well portioned (more than enough). Ambiance is casual and inviting. Would definitely recommend."

"Weve been doing a little taste test, and LSR is definitely the winner!!! Not only is the food outstanding, but the portions are huge! Everything is prepared and packed with lots of TLC. Thanks for bringing us a south side location! Our family is determined to keep you here; PS. Last time the toppings for the XANGO ROLLO DE CHEESECAKE were in little containers on the side instead of already on top of the roll. It was still amazing, but since we save it for dessert and usually have leftovers for the week, we do prefer the toppings on the side. We are addicted to the XANGO ROLLO DE CHEESECAKE!!! And we never order dessert when we eat out;"
