Ordered a 16 piece family meal with 4 sides. Besides taking 20-30 minutes to receive food the dining area needed cleaning, there was food all over the floor making it slippery and unpleasant. It was cleaned up after we made them aware of the problem, we also received the wrong order but they were quick to correct it.
