"First of all let me start by saying we went on Valentine 's day so I was expecting the time delay but not to this level.... So to begin with while we waited a while to find a table we were put on the most disgusting table right by the door where there was none it was the same. Since every time we wanted something we had to shout at least 6 times for them to pay attention to us while they walked by and sat right in front of us for a while ignoring us... The same happened of course when we waited to order. After we had ordered and the dishes were starting to arrive because the table was so small, of course, there was nothing on it... Here, of course, I should add that we didn 't have any napkins or anything to wipe up if needed... Of course we called for them to bring us because it was so nice they only gave us 2 napkins to wipe off for the whole time we were there (one for each of us)... Moving on when it was time to eat the main course I specifically had ordered the dish of the day which was gnocchi with chicken inside so in my food, which was indeed very tasty, I found wire from what we wash the dishes with. After a long time because we were being ignored the manager finally came and I showed it to him.. he was actually quite nice and didn 't charge me but I can 't think of anything else to save it so it makes sense that he wouldn 't charge it... Finally when we paid to make us feel good they tell us with these exact words we are not like that usually we are much better we will be happy if you come again and show it to you up close... I can 't imagine a reason why this could have happened and it seems very improbable to me that it happened in our store, however, we would like you to come again"
